My chains are gone, I’ve been SET FREE, my God My Savior has ransomed (rescued) me…
These are part of the lyrics of Chris Tomlin’s Amazing Grace (My Chains Are Gone). The song Amazing Grace has a whole new meaning to me after it was bag piped at the funeral of my brother in June 2010.
The precious stones (beads)…
For in Scripture it says:
“See, I lay a stone in Zion,
a chosen and precious cornerstone,
and the one who trusts in him
will never be put to shame.”

The Cross…
It is the symbol of Christ and what He did on the cross for us.
And being found in appearance as a man, he humbled himself and became obedient to death–even death on a cross!

The crystal…
It reminds me that Jesus Wept (John 11:35). Jesus knows and has felt my pain. I KNOW that Jesus sees my tears. He is with me and comforting me. In Psalm 56:8, it talks about how God has collected all of my tears.
You keep track of all my sorrows. You have collected all my tears in your bottle. You have recorded each one in your book.
